Celebrate the National Park Service’s 100th anniversary and the centennial of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park during National Park Week, which kicks off Saturday and runs through April 23. On April 24, fees will also be waved during “National Park Rx Day.”
Celebrate the National Park Service’s 100th anniversary and the centennial of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park during National Park Week, which kicks off Saturday and runs through April 23. On April 24, fees will also be waved during “National Park Rx Day.”
During the nine-day celebration, entry to all National Parks is free. Hawaii Island National Parks that collect entry fees are HVNP, Puuhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park. The islands other National Parks, Puukohola Heiau National Historical Site and Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park do not charge admission.
